The Answering Machine are a young band out of Manchester, England. They were big favourites of Woxy and I got the chance to see them play at Monolith in September 2009 where they put on a terrific set. Their new album is also very good and I was pretty happy to get a chance to see them again. I don't know why they're not known in North America, they really should be.
