I had a bit of a gap in my schedule after Joy Formidable so I headed back to 6th Street and ended up getting a pass into the Spin party at Stubb's BBQ where I saw TV On The Radio play. I've seen them a couple of times, but to be honest, I'm not a huge fan. Of all the bands I caught at SXSW intentionally, their set was probably my least favourite which is pretty great. The band were solid and very enjoyable. The highlights for me were the trombone and them closing their set with my favourite song of theirs 'Wolf Like Me'. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon in the sun.
